RETURNS

Return Policy:
We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date for items that are not customized with any weave styles. Items customized with a weave, considered personalized products, are ineligible for returns. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from defects.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging.
  • Customized items with any weave style are considered final sales and are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked as final sale are also not eligible for returns.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of $25 applies to all returned items, covering handling and processing.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment if the return is initiated within the eligible return window. If the original payment method's refund policy timeframe has expired, as long as the return has been initiated within our 30-day window, the refund will be processed accordingly.

INITIATING A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@cahoosh.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information to ship the item back to us.

PROCESSING RETURNS

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise specified. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 72 hours before reaching out to us. In many cases, packages may arrive shortly after being marked as delivered. If after this period you still have not received your package, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Reporting Lost Packages:
Please report any missing or lost packages within 1 week of the expected delivery date. Our team will assist you with the next steps to locate your package or process a replacement or refund as necessary.
